Returns Policy

We will accept returned items provided that they are unused. If you would like to return one of our products, please advise us by emailing details to gary@chainmate.co.uk. Please note that return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Although we try our absolute best to ensure that all products reach our customers in perfect condition, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange for any goods that are damaged upon receipt of delivery. If you have received a damaged product, please advise us by emailing gary@chainmate.co.uk.

We request that all customers inform us before returning goods, so that we can take the applicable steps to provide a timely refund or replacement.
